We cannot express how thankful we are for the new Quad F program. My son participated in the previous session, and he really enjoyed the time he spent in it. We are so happy that the YMCA was able to bring it to us. We are also grateful for the YMCA finding a way to bring this program at an affordable cost which can be a challenge for families on a fixed income.

There is very little for adults with autism to participate in for social activities in the community. My son spends a lot of time home alone, so this is such a wonderful option for him to socialize with his peers while also participating in physical activity that he wouldn’t without. Because of the lack of options, people similar to my son lose basic social skills that were taught during school. We are so grateful for the opportunity through an organization that we value and trust to keep us healthy and safe.
