It began in November of 2015. I weighed 181lbs. I knew I needed a change in my life. My friend convinced me to start working out at the YMCA with her. I started slowly. We would walk/jog 1 mile a day together and sometimes would work on some of the machines. I kept up with it and added speed and distance to my cardio and continued with weights. I decided to take some of the classes. I did some yoga and weight lifting classes. As of February 1, 2017 I weighed 121lbs. The YMCA has changed my life and helped me accomplish my goals.
