What has helped me the most, the group power, the sharing of successes and challenges. I’ve learned how to re-frame health, it’s not just about losing weight. I like being artistic while eating now, seeing how colorful the plate can be; “eat the rainbow”. The Y membership is wonderful.  What has helped me the most in my weight loss success is the coach bringing new foods for us to try, writing down what I eat, and weekly meetings. I need to sign up again, so that I can keep going in the right direction.
