This program has been very helpful to me. It has opened my mind and heart to learn how food affects me and by making even small changes to my eating habits I can feel much better. Being with others who are faced with the same issues as me has also helped me realize that I am not alone in this struggle. Hearing about their experiences I have learned better ways of eating and moving. I have enjoyed sharing ideas and food items. It was also very helpful to share books and magazine articles with each other. I recommend this program to anyone who is conflicted about how to control their life styles and eating.
